The XGN2-12(Z) Type Compact Fixed AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the “Switchgear”) is designed for three-phase AC systems with rated voltages from 3.6kV to 12kV, 50Hz, and rated currents from 630A to 3150A. It is suitable for single-busbar, double-busbar, and single-busbar with bypass systems, serving the purpose of receiving and distributing electrical energy. This product meets the application requirements of various types of power plants, substations, and industrial & mining enterprises.
The product complies with national standard GB3906 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear for 3.6-40.5kV”, IEC standard IEC60298 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear”, as well as standards DL/T402 and DL/T404. It fulfills the requirements for the “Five Protections” interlocking system.
◆ Ambient Temperature: Upper limit: +40°C, Lower limit: -25°C
◆ Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m (For altitudes above 1000m, production can be negotiated with our technical department).
◆ Relative Humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, Monthly average not exceeding 90%.
◆ Seismic Intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees.
◆ The location should be free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

◆ Main circuit diagram number, single-line system diagram, and layout diagram.
◆ Secondary circuit wiring schematic diagram and terminal arrangement diagram. If no terminal arrangement diagram is provided, the manufacturer’s standard will apply.
◆ Type, specification, and quantity of electrical components.
◆ Material and specification of main and branch busbars. Otherwise, they will be manufactured according to national specifications.
◆ Any special environmental conditions for the switchgear application must be specified during ordering.
◆ Required accessories and spare parts, including their types and quantities, should be specified at the time of order.
