The KYN28A-12 Metal-clad Withdrawable AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the Switchgear) is a new product independently designed and developed by our company based on the absorption of advanced manufacturing technologies from both domestic and international sources. It can replace various older types of metal-enclosed switchgear. It is suitable for 3.6-12kV three-phase, 50Hz AC power grids, serving the purposes of receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as controlling, monitoring, and protecting circuits. It can be used in single-busbar, single-busbar sectioned, or double-busbar systems.
The switchgear complies with the requirements of standards including IEC 298 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages Above 1kV and Up to 12kV”, IEC 694 “Common Clauses for High-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear”, China’s GB3906 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear for 3.6-40.5kV” and DL404 “Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgear Ordering Conditions”, as well as Germany’s DIN VDE 0670 “AC Switchgear for Rated Voltages Above 1kV”. It also features comprehensive and reliable anti-misoperation functionality.

◆ The location shall be free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.
◆ When service conditions exceed the above-mentioned range, the permissible scope and technical measures shall be determined through consultation between the user and our company.
◆ The supply scope of the 10kV withdrawable switchgear is determined based on the configuration wiring diagram provided by the purchaser.
◆ All switchgear are configured with relays, meters, and secondary control equipment according to the secondary wiring drawings provided by the design institute.
◆ The switchgear includes terminal blocks, switches, and disconnectors for external connections. The internal secondary wiring is completed according to the secondary wiring diagram.
