MNS is a modular and multi-functional low-voltage distribution cabinet. It is designed for low-voltage systems requiring high reliability in various sectors, including metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, and infrastructure applications. Its primary functions are power distribution and motor control.
The cubicle structure of the MNS system offers a high degree of flexibility. Various types and specifications of components can be installed within the cabinet according to your specific needs or different application scenarios. Different types of feeder units can be installed in the same switchboard lineup or even within the same cabinet to suit diverse electrical loads. For instance, power distribution circuits and motor control circuits can be installed together.

◆ Ambient Temperature: Operating range: -5°C to +40°C. The average temperature over a 24-hour period shall not exceed +35°C.
◆ Altitude: 2000 meters and below.
◆ Atmospheric Conditions: Clean air. Relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C). Potential occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations should be considered.
◆ Transportation & Storage: The equipment is suitable for transportation and storage within a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C. It can withstand temperatures up to +70°C for short periods (not exceeding 24 hours). Under these extreme temperatures, the equipment should not sustain any irreversible damage and should remain capable of normal operation under the specified conditions.
◆ If the above service conditions cannot be met, the user and manufacturer should consult to find a solution.
◆ A separate technical agreement must be established if the equipment is to be used on offshore oil drilling platforms or in nuclear power plants.
When placing an order, the customer must provide the following information:
◆ Primary circuit diagram and single-line system diagram.
◆ Secondary circuit schematic diagram or wiring diagram.
◆ Switchboard lineup arrangement diagram and electrical room floor plan/layout.
◆ Detailed specifications and quantities of all electrical devices to be installed in each switchboard.
◆ The operating current and short-circuit current of the horizontal busbar. The busbar cross-section will be selected according to factory standards based on this data. If not specified, it will be selected by the manufacturer.
◆ The busbar system configuration: L1, L2, L3, N, PE or L1, L2, L3, PEN. If not specified, it will be selected by the manufacturer.
◆ The designation/name for each circuit (limited to 10 characters). If not provided, the manufacturer will supply only blank marking plates.
◆ The Ingress Protection (IP) rating for the enclosure (IP30, IP40) and whether the cabinet base should be sealed. If not specified, the default is IP30 with an unsealed base.
◆ The color of the surface paint. If not specified, the manufacturer’s standard color will be applied.
