GCK (functionally equivalent or superior to GCL) low-voltage withdrawable assembled switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the “Switchgear”) is suitable for rated operational voltages of 380V, in AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems. It is used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings within power systems for purposes such as power reception, distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, lighting, and centralized motor control.
This product complies with the following standards: GB7251 “Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies”, JB/T9661 “Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear”, and IEC 60439-1 “Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies”.
◆ Ambient Temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with the average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding +35°C.
◆ Altitude: 2000 meters and below.
◆ Relative Humidity: Shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C). Potential occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations should be considered.
◆ The equipment should be installed with a tilt not exceeding 5° from the vertical plane.
◆ The equipment should be installed in a location free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, severe vibration, and impact, and in an area that will not lead to corrosion of the electrical components and materials.
◆ Suitable for transportation and storage within a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, and can withstand up to +70°C for short periods (not exceeding 24 hours).

When placing an order, the customer must provide the following information:
◆ Primary circuit scheme number, equipment model, capacity, and single-line system diagram.
◆ Secondary circuit schematic diagram. If the user does not provide specific requirements, the manufacturer will design according to national standards.
◆ Switchgear lineup arrangement diagram and electrical room floor plan/layout.
◆ Main busbar specification. If not provided by the user, the manufacturer will supply according to standard specifications.
◆ Surface color of the switchgear.
◆ For any other special requirements, the user may consult with our factory.
