I. Product Description

S13-M.RL/S11-M.RL series hermetically sealed three-phase tridimensional toroidal-core transformer produced by our company is different from the traditional winding core transformer. The core is made up of three identical single-frames according to tridimensional triangle structure, each single-frame is continuous rolled by high quality core-rolled silicon steel strips, strip width is cut as straight and curve by NC cutting machine. High-voltage and low-voltage windings are rolled directly on core column by special-purpose winding machine, overall structure is solid and compact.

II. Product Features

◆ Three-phase three-limb symmetrical structure is the most balanced three-phase magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit is completely symmetrical, the length is shortest and equal, and three-phase no-load current is completely balanceable, which do not generate third harmonic wave and ensure the quality of supply waveform. Because of the excellent materials of winding core and processing characteristics of wind, not only the no-load loss is small, but also no-load current and noise are obviously reduced.

◆ The body of transformer is tridimensional triangular prism shape.The center and periphery have tensile rods. The body is integrated with upper and lower iron yoke and laminated wood, which can effectively resist the axial and radial mechanical stress under sudden short-circuit current.

◆ The transformer has the advantages: Compact structure, small occupied area, saving installation space, convenient installation and maintenance.

1. For transformers with a rated capacity of 500 KVA and below, the load loss value above the slash in the table applies to the Dyn11 or Yzn11 connection group, while the value below the slash applies to the Yyn0 connection group.
2. Other high-voltage tapping ranges of ±2×2.5% can be provided according to user requirements.
3. Transformers with a low voltage of 0.69 KV can also be provided according to customer needs.
4. Other loss values can also be selected if required by the user.
