The ZGS11-10, serving as a crucial power supply unit in cable-based distribution networks, is a complete prefabricated product that integrates high-voltage control, protection, transformation, and distribution equipment. It is widely used in urban and rural distribution grids.
This product houses the high-voltage load-break switch and high-voltage fuses within the transformer oil, available in two structural forms: sharing the same tank with the transformer core or in a separate compartment. The oil tank employs a fully sealed design and is equipped with components such as an oil temperature gauge, oil level indicator, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and drain valve to monitor the transformer’s operating condition. The product is categorized into ring main, radial terminal, and power source supply configurations. To better align this product with the practical requirements of China’s power grid, the company has introduced plug-in type dry fuses, where fuse element operation does not affect the properties of the transformer oil. Based on the complexity of low-voltage feeder requirements, the ZGS11-10 product comes in three enclosure types: Standard, Enhanced, and Comprehensive, offering greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness for users and design institutes during selection.
◆ Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m.
◆ Ambient Temperature: Not higher than +40°C, not lower than -30°C. Daily average temperature variation not exceeding 30°C. Annual average temperature variation not exceeding 20°C. Wind speed not exceeding 35 m/s. Pollution severity level not exceeding Class III.
◆ Installation Site: Free from explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. It should be installed on a concrete platform or other flat, solid foundation. Cooling method: Air Natural (AN).
◆ After placing the product on the foundation, tighten the anchor bolts, then install the incoming and outgoing cables. A comprehensive inspection should be performed before energization.
◆ To replace high-voltage fuses, the switch must be opened first before the door can be accessed for operation or maintenance.
◆ For inspections, disconnect the power supply first and proceed according to the manual’s requirements.
◆ When placing an order, specify the model, specifications, quantity, types and specifications of electrical components, and the enclosure paint color.
◆ If the customer has other requirements, these can be discussed during the order placement.
