Leveraging Systems and Fostering Collaboration

Mr. Wei from the Safety Department provided a detailed explanation of the company’s “Liao’an Tong” digital safety management system, along with standardized procedures for equipment maintenance and record-keeping. He called for close cross-departmental cooperation and support, setting a collective goal of zero accidents for 2025​ through proactive risk mitigation, thereby creating a stable foundation for effective operations and excellent performance.

Leadership Emphasis on a Safe Transition

In his concluding address, Deputy General Manager Wang stressed the importance of a swift transition from the holiday mindset back to a focused work mode. He instructed all departments and workshops to prioritize post-holiday safety measures, including comprehensive equipment checks, confirmation of employee readiness, and pre-shift hazard screenings, adhering strictly to the principle of “no production without confirmed safety.”

This “First Safety Session” served as a crucial policy briefing, a mental mobilization, and a practical safety drill.
