Recently, Mr. Hu Liangqing, Executive Deputy General Manager of Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd., together with Manager Fu of the Overseas Business Department, attended the celebration of the 77th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia and the Mid-Autumn Festival gala hosted by the Chinese Consulate General in Kazan. During the event, they held a working meeting with Mr. Guan Lei, President of the Volga Federal District Branch of the China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia.
