On February 23rd, 2026, we held our annual “Post-Lunar New Year Safety & Operations Conference,” gathering all employees and management. This crucial session, held immediately after the Spring Festival holiday, served to unify our team, refocus our priorities, and firmly re-establish the safety-first culture that underpins all our operations and product quality.

The conference centered on the essential theme of safe resumption of production. In the manufacturing of critical power infrastructure like transformers and switchgear, there is no compromise on safety—it is the absolute prerequisite for sustainable development, product reliability, and employee well-being. The session aimed to transition the team from holiday mode back to a state of heightened vigilance and disciplined execution.

Key Directives for a Secure and Productive Year

The meeting featured addresses from key leaders, each outlining clear expectations for the year ahead:

• Learning from Experience:​ Mr. Wei, Deputy Head of the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Department, conducted an impactful safety briefing. Using analysis of real-world industrial cases, he highlighted common risk factors and the severe consequences of lapses, urging every employee to maintain constant alertness, adhere strictly to safety protocols, and actively participate in our safety management systems.
• Balancing Pace with Protection:​ Mr. Meng, Vice General Manager overseeing production, addressed the operational restart. He emphasized that while regaining full production momentum is a priority, it must never come at the expense of safety. Each workshop department was instructed to methodically inspect equipment and processes, ensuring a stable, orderly, and—above all—safe ramp-up to full capacity.
• Leadership’s Unwavering Commitment:​ In his concluding address, Mr. Wang, Vice General Manager responsible for safety and environmental protection, left no room for ambiguity. He reinforced that safety is the bedrock of the company’s growth and its reputation. He called on every individual, at every level, to strengthen their sense of personal responsibility, diligently implement all safety measures, and proactively identify and eliminate potential hazards to solidify an impregnable line of defense for both personnel and the environment.
