In response to a specialized training initiative for the machinery manufacturing sector in Liaocheng, Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd. has organized comprehensive, tiered participation for its leadership, middle management, and frontline employees. The program is designed to deepen the understanding and practical application of work-related injury prevention across all levels of the organization, ensuring safety responsibilities are effectively implemented.
The training, co-hosted by local emergency management authorities and industry associations, zeroes in on high-risk areas specific to machinery manufacturing. The curriculum provides a robust blend of theory and practice, including:
- Interpretations of key regulations like the Work Safety Lawand Work-Related Injury Insurance Regulations.
- Clarification of corporate safety accountability.
- Cause analysis and preventive measures for typical accidents (e.g., mechanical injuries, struck-by objects, electrocution).
