All products are independently developed by Xinda’s technical team. The S11-M·R wound-core transformer has been awarded the “National New Product” title. In collaboration with Shandong University of Science and Technology, the company has developed CAD systems for S20 and SCB18 transformers, achieving around 6% cost reduction for the S20 series through optimized design. Xinda has also launched into mass production of epoxy-cast dry-type amorphous transformers. The S13-M·RL three-dimensional magnetic circuit transformers and load-tap-changing transformers have obtained National Energy-Saving Product Certification.

The manufacturing facility is equipped to fully support the production of transformers up to 220 kV, featuring over 470 sets of machinery including:

• Core processing: longitudinal/transverse shears, silicon steel sheet cutting, core winding.
• Winding: automatic winding machines, foil winding machines, busbar processing.
• Treatment systems: vacuum drying, vacuum pressure casting (VPC), vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI).
• Metalworking: punching, shearing, folding, bending, washing, and powder coating lines.
• Testing: 47 sets of test equipment including integrated test benches, impulse voltage generators, voltage regulators, intermediate transformers, frequency-doubling generators, and high-voltage withstand test systems, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance and routine testing.

Xinda’s products are supplied to State Grid Corporation of China and distributed across the national market beyond the grid network. The company also exports to the Philippines, the Middle East, Central Asia, Kenya, and other regions.
