Liaocheng, Shandong, June 10, 2026​ — On June 9, 2026, a delegation led by Mr. Zhang Chunlei, Director and First-Level Researcher of the Urbanization Division of Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission (DRC), visited Liaocheng Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd.​ to conduct a dedicated research tour on new-type urbanization​ initiatives. The delegation also included Mr. Ma Leichang, Second-Level Researcher; Mr. Tang Ziyao, Third-Level Chief Staff Member; Mr. Wei Yunhai, Senior Economist at Shandong Housing and Urban-Rural Development Research Institute; and Mr. Zhang Zhanfeng, Associate Professor at Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College.

Accompanying officials from Liaocheng Municipal DRC, Dongchangfu District Government, and Jiaming Economic Development Zone Management Committee joined the visit.
